White Mountain Queen (Misty) - Pointer female

Misty came from N. Ireland  from a  good friend, Mr Des O'Neile. She is a big, strong pointer and one of our best bitches for shooting over . She has a superb nose for all game birds. She is seen bottom left pointing grouse on the moors in Yorkshire. The weather was cold and wet so she is stained from running through the peat hags , loving every moment of it. She is pictured bottom right pointing a pair of grey partridge on a spring count , on low ground in Lancashire .

Misty is a Field Trial winner . She is also the mother of our "pups" , sired by F.T.CH. Sparkfield Topic (see Puppies). One of her sons "MAX" was exported to Greece and is a tremendous worker on grouse, quail and woodcock . A front-running dog with an intense point , he is also a soft-mouthed natural retriever. Another son who went to Cyprus as a puppy, has the same hunting  traits and again is a natural retriever .
